Rubner Teich
The Rubner Teich with its black and red bog water was created by a small dam. The small lake used to provide the water for the annual wood flooding and is now ideal for swimming in summer. You can also fish in good weather.
A moor hiking trail of around six kilometres leads from Rubner Teich over footbridges and bridges between the mountain pines to an elevated position from which the entire moor area can be seen. The path leads back to Rubner Teich over the Lehrmüller wall, a towering granite rock.
